Mangalore :  The Milagres Church centenary jubilee celebrations which started on Confraternity Sunday concluded with the Feast of the Lady of Miracles on October 13, Wednesday.
The programme of the day began with the honouring sponsors of the feast by handing over the candles to Fr Walter D’Mello, parish priests.
Later the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration concelebrated by varado parish priests followed. Fr Dr Robert Miranda, Bishop of Gulbarga was the chief celebrant of the occasion.
As a part of this, a special choir was prepared by the parishioners for all the three days.
The premises of the church were filled with all kinds of stalls like sweets, entertainment, games, fireworks, footwear, fruits and ice-creams.
The assistant parish priests like Fr Stany Goveas of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Thomas Roshan D’Souza, Marcel Monteiro, Alwyn Rosario and Gerald Pinto and others were present on the occasion.
