Mangaluru : The incident happened Monday morning when a fire broke out in a cement lorry near National Highway 75 near Gundya.

A fire was accidentally seen in a lorry carrying cement from Bangalore to Mangalore. As soon as the fire was noticed, the driver stopped the truck and tried to extinguish the fire with the help of locals. The firefighters then extinguished the fire.

The lorry’s tire burned to the flames and no casualties were reported. The lorry driver and cleaner escaped unharmed in the incident.
