Mangaluru : District Administration warned fishermen in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts have been warned against venturing into the sea as gusty winds and a rough sea would prevail along the state’s coast.

Owing to the low pressure area formed over Arabian Sea, gusty winds with a speed of 45-50 km per hour are likely to prevail along and off the state’s coast, stated a release from district administration.

The state’s fishermen have been advised to remain cautious while venturing into the sea, it added.
