Kumble: As many as five fishermen reportedly injured when a fibre fishing boat capsized in the sea near Kumble coast on Wednesday evening. The injured victims have been identified as Kumble Koyipaddy based SK Haneef (39), Rehman (40), Anees (38), Ibrahim (32) and Nissar (36).

Haneef is injured on his foot and is being treated in a private hospital here whereas other fishermen reportedly survived with small injuries. The incident took place when the five member team was returning from fishing at around 06.00 PM near Kumble coast.
