Mangalore: The ‘A’ division Ahmed Master League tourney and ‘B’ Division S K Ameen memorial Tourney, organised by the Dakshina Kannada Football Association opened at Nehru Maidan on February 6, Wednesday. The tournament was inaugurated  by Sadananda Shetty, President of Sports Promoters.

Athlete Dr Udaykumar, Football Association President DM Aslam, Hussain Bolar and others were present on the occasion.

In the inaugural tournament NGFC trounced United Unchila 1-0 while in the second round Bolara Brother was defeated by Brothers Uchila by 1-0.
