Udupi: Former deputy superintendent of police and general secretary of Bharatiya Janashakti Congress party, Anupama Shenoy, communicated her slant to battle the upcoming elections from Kaup constituency in Udupi region.
Addressing a press meet here on Monday she said “I am considering battle from Kaup constituency. A ultimate conclusion on this issue is yet to be taken. The choice of constituency can undergo a last minute change. I am not battling the elections by virtue of individual retaliation or political malevolence. Our party has appeared to destroy corruption and give great governance,” she clarified.
State leader of the party, Mahadeva Udagaonvi, expressed that his party has effectively declared possibility for 15 constituencies and that the party needs to handle applicants in all the 224 constituencies in the state.
