Kasargod: A human Carrier, T Francis (38) was caught by police at Kasargod railway station traveling from Kollam by Ernad Express train for the second time.

The police got a tip-off from unknown source that Francis was caring the banned drug Ganja in two bags and that he was from Tiruvanantapuram in Kerala.

Francis told police that he was paid Rs.4000 for every trip that he made from Kollam to Kasargod caring Ganja to be delivered to a buyer there.

Rs.500 in cash, a mobile phone, identity card and 2 Ganja bags (value unknown) were seized while arresting the human carrier,  T Francis before he could deliver the material to his party on Monday Jan.13.
