Mangaluru : Four teams have been formed to trace the advocate K S N Rajesh who has been accused of sexually harassing a law student who was interning under him said, City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar.
The Commissioner said the accused has been absconding and has been changing his location frequently. His anticipatory bail plea has also been rejected by the court, he added. Police have arrested two persons including Ananth Bhat who reportedly helped the accused abscond, and Pavithra Acharya who misled the victim on the pretext of ensuring justice, the Commissioner added.
He further exuded confidence that the accused would be arrested at the earliest. A complaints in the women’s police station here were filed against special public prosecutor, K S N Rajesh of the Lokayukta division here, accusing him of sexual harassment and threat.
