Mangalore : Omega Hospital in association with Mangalore Heart Scan Foundation will be organizing a free heart and diabetes check up camp on September 29 at the hospital  as part of World Heart Day.

Informing this, Dr. Vinayak, of the Omega hospital said the camp will be inaugurated by UT Khader, State Health and Family Welfare Minister.The Vajpayee Arogyashree facility in the hospital will also be inaugurated by the minister, he said.

MLAs JR Lobo and Moidin Bava will  be the chief guests. Apart from free heart and diabetes check up  people can also have free BP Test and ECG scan. Specialists Dr A Mukund, Dr AG Jayakrishnan and Dr Anand Kalyan will be present at the camp, Dr Vinayak informed.
Beneficiaries of Yashasvini,Vajapeyi Arogyashree, Suraksha and Suvarna Arogya Chaitanya health schemes can also take the benefit of the camp, he said.
