Mangalore : Mangalore Press Club, Dakshina Kannada Working Journalist Union and Yenepoya Specialty Hospital jointly organized free heart and diabetic camp for the representatives of Media at Press Club on Dec 13, Thursday.

Speaking after inaugurating the camp, Dr Harish R Nair, cardiologist, Yenepoya Specialty Hospital said that today the diseases like Blood pressure, diabetes and heart problem are seen in the young people, hence it need to check their health status and take measures to control them.

DKWJU Secretary Srinivas Indaje welcomed the gathering and proposed vote of thanks.

Dr Rahul, Press club president Ramakrishna and member Jagannath Shetty Bala were present on the dais.

A team doctors visited for the camp and conducted the check up for BP, Diabetes and ECG to many journalists.
