Mangaluru: Former member of the Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Academy, H.V Shivananda Shet (60), died at Shimoga after a short illness.

The deceased is the son of Vasudeva S Shet Honnavar and Mrs. Kamakshi Vasudeva Shet, a former member of the Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Akademi

He survived by his wife, two daughters, and a son.

He was born in Honnavar in 1960. He then completed his education at the PUC and engaged in the gold business for 30 years.

His hobby was to read literary power, to compose, to write poetry, to narrate plays, to make plays, to execute the story, and to recognize dances.
