B Ramanath Rai District-incharge minister initiated the same in the district and the same was inaugurated, at Zilla Panchayat premises August 3. Later while speaking , the minister, stated that upto three lakhs loans at zero percent and upto three percent, loans upto Rs 10 lakhs are being provided to farmers by cooperative banks, as a preventive measure to stop farmer from borrowing loans at a high rate from private financial firms and money lenders .

Minister Rai also said CM in his radio speech, addressed with great concern, only to instill confidence among farmers. Farmers with a view to take up mixed farming, the government has now, chalked out several programmes,”
