Mangaluru : Reacting to the state governments ‘Eka Roopa Valaya Niyamavali'(common zoning regulations) for urban development, BJP leader and former minister Krishna J Palemar said, it will affect to farmers and middle-class citizens.

Addressing to the press on Saturday, Palemar said, the state government for planning to loot the poor in common zoning regulations act. Dakshina Kannada and Kodagu districts farmers will impact this regulations.

The government trying to snatch farmers land, if a person buying 3 cents of land has to spare one cent for the government at the time of registration.

The state government not consult anyone before framing this rules, it is difficult for them to spare land for government. The government to withdraw this rule with immediate effect, otherwise BJP will hold mass protests against this” he said.
