Bangalore: In the joint legislators’ session on Monday, January 30, addressed by state Governor Hans Raj Bhardwaj he confirmed that his government was striving every nerve for state development, especially in basic amenities creation.

Certain independent MLAs, removed as ministers in 2011, tried to obstruct proceedings of the joint session, by raising shouts and showing placards against Hans Raj when he was reading his speech. But the Governor was equally adamant and continued with his speech till the end, ignoring the Cacophony.
