Mangalore : MLA UT Khader said that the state will face the two-hour load-shedding October 11, Tuesday as the power situation in the state has worsened.
Speaking at the press meet held at District Congress Office on October 10, Monday he said that the state government must give the details about how much mega watt of electricity have been produced so far with the details of capital invested in the amount of budget too.
He also said that a single mega watt was not increased by the BJP government and government is giving the reason for the dreaded load-shedding to return is that the coal supplies to Raichur Thermal Power Station (RTPS) have taken a hit due to the Telangana problem. Khader said that the government must have the responsibility to keep the stock of coal in advance.
Further he said that the state government must release the white paper regarding the budget.
Speaking about the LPG connection, he said that the state government had done new invention of online booking and many have booking are not getting registered, hence let they first install the softwares to the computers and then implement it.
