Mangalore: Thousands of devotees witnessed the Brahmakalashotsava ceremony at the Kudroli Shree Gokarnanatha Temple on October 19 and 20. About 200 priests led by Shivagiri Mutt pontiff Brahmashree Prakashananda Swamiji and Lakshman Shanthi, Chief Priest of Kudroli Temple, performed the rituals.

The Pradana Homa began at around 7 am in the morning, followed by Kalashotsava rituals at 8 am.

B Janardhan Poojari and temple committee members and a large number of devotees were present.Mahapooja was performed to Lord Shiva and Annapoorneshwari. Maha Annasantharpane was also organised.

H S Sairam, Raghavendra Kulur, Madhava Suvarna, Harikrishna Bantwal, Jaya C Suvarna, Urmila Ramesh Kumar, B Devadas, and several others were present.
