Mangalore: In spite of having a annual celebrations of Vajradehi Math- Gurupur on hand today Swami Rajashekharananda found some time to join the protest meeting of Hindu Yuva Sena in front of DCO gates on Friday 3rd January in city to address Yuva Sena who were hurt by the Deralakatte incident in which 2 medical students became a prey to a gang of 8 Muslim blackmailers of sex for the sake of a ransom money which they could not extort but landed in Jail for 15 day.
The protest meeting was called this morning to discuss the crucial issue of a large number of national and international students perusing medical carriers at Manipal and in Mangalore city in an atmosphere of defamation and destruction of their educational activities in four or more universities in the coastal DK-Udupi region.
Swamiji of Vajradehi Math warned the police officials and the state Govt. not to be afraid of criminal forces in their region, but go all out to surround and round up such cruel and lawless persons who indulging sex related matters as if law and order did not exist on the west coast or in the state of Karnataka for that matter.
He called for maximum punishment for the unruly youths who ever they be, and under whatever powerful influence in administration or politics and asked the police in particular and politicians in general to maintain dignity in public life and punish the offenders, whether young or old.
The protest was organized by Hindu Yuva Sena led by Yashodhar Chouta.
Bhaskara Chandra Shetty, Padmanabha Navoor, Umesh Pai, Shashikant, Nagesh Bajilakeri , Nagaraj Achari, Veerappa Mudshedde, Kiran Rai Bajal, Mohan Padil, Ramachandra Chouta and many others were in the protest meeting.
