Kundapur : Independent candidate from Kundapur Halady Srinivas Shetty has been assigned the symbol of Autorickshaw by the Election Commission. It is learnt the Autorickshaw was the symbol of Halady’s choice.

It may be recalled here that Shetty a former MLA of Kundapur, had quit his legislatorship and  then the  BJP after the party cheated him after promising a berth in the Shettar cabinet.

Though he remained in political oblivion for some time, now he has decided to contest the polls with the support of his loyalists.
