Mangaluru: The state High Court has stayed the appointment of Ravindra Kamath as the special Public Prosecutor in RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case.

HC judge Ananda Bairady has given the stay order. The state government has appointed Ravindra as the special public prosecutor.

Questioning this move from the government, lawyer Arun Shyam had approached the HC. Upholding the application of Arun, the HC has issued the stay order.
