Bangalore: Lokayukta special Court Judge N.K. Sudheendra Rao, bitten by adverse criticism and Cancellation of the whole episodes of illegal Janthakal Mining Licence for HD Kumaraswamy(MP) and Vishwa Bharathi Housing Co-operative Society for wife Anita K.(MLA), by the state High Court, has recalled the political couple to present themselves before him once again, for fresh examination of their two cases.

There was no connection between a high court order and the Lokayukta Court enquiry so the enquiry into these two cases would continue, Judge Rao ordered.

The presence of the 2 examinees is fixed as on November8, in city civil court complex at the Lokayuka special court, by all means in city.

This order has gladdened the heart of complainant vinod kumar who said he was looking forward to a just solution.

The HDK couple is annoyed by the Lokayukata court call while the entire Gowda family was celebrating a family Diwali festival. However, HDK gave no reaction to the call of Lokayukta Judge Rao to appear in his special court again.
