Bangaluru: The former JD-S CM, H.D. Kumaraswamy, now MP and his MLA Wife, Anitha, once again did not attend the Lokayukta court on Wednesday in spite of being pardoned for earlier absences.
Their lawyer has been telling the same story of ill-health for their absence from the court.
The Judge of special court demanded medical certificates for them immediately. There was a definite need to be present on September 7  for the couple to be in LA special court, to face enquiry in the cases of Janthakal mining Co. illegal deals, and Vishwa Bharathi Housing sites muddle respectively.
Both the politicians(legislators)are in a dilemma, on the pretext of sickness, and have stayed away at the risk of contempt of court.
The same court will examine another former CM(BJP), B.S. Yeddyurappa, in the afternoon today, when he is expected to be present, without an excuse for absence.
Yeddy has visited NIMHANS hospital for treatment this morning and had 30 minutes check-up before coming out, it is reported here.
