Bangalore: It would be folly to expect a doughty fighter like B.S Yeddyurappa that he would resign after the final report on illegal mining activities in state was officially submitted to the state govt. by Lokayukta (Santhosh Hegde) on the eve of his retirement. Under any circumstances, the CM is the last man to resign, according to HD Kumaraswamy, former CM and MP now.
It is now certain that CM is among the guilty parties, in view of leaked out portions from Lokayukta’s final report, he pointed out.  But, he joked do not go astray by such reference to him, to say that CM would resign, that is only an illusion.
Even if Yeddyurappa goes to jail, his hunger for power is such that he would rule from inside the jail, HDK remarked. People have given him a five year term, he believes and he will rule from behind the bars hereafter, HDK ridiculed. However BJP top leadership should morally consider all aspects and remove him when the time is ripe.
HDK accused the local BJP leaders of enforcing, or mounting pressure on their national leadership to desist from seeking CM’s resignation for any reason.
