Udupi: The District and Sessions Court on Wednesday postponed the hearing of Rajeshwari Shetty’s bail application to November 16.

Shantharam Shetty, Special Public Prosecutor, addressing the media said that he had filed objections in writing for Rajeshwari’s bail application. He added that time was sought for filing arguments and thus the hearing was postponed.

Rajeshwari has been named a prime accused in Bhaskar Shetty’s murder case. Rajeshwari, along with two other prime accused, Navneet and Niranjan Bhat is currently under judicial custody.
