Mangaluru : Tree along the railway track got uprooted after gusty wind and heavy rain. Tree fell and cut wires between a span of two electricity poles and then crashed into compound wall of a house at Babugudde, Attavar, near Manipal school on August 4th evening.

It is said, due to impact 4 electrical poles have been dameged in the incident.

Fire services have come and cut the trees using as many as four trees cutters. Mescom personnel informed it likely to restore electricity on  5th August 2020 morning itself.
