Bangalore: Justice K. Bhaktavatsala and Judge Govindaraju cancelled the First Information Report(FIR)against ex-CM and former jail-bird Yeddyurappa, at Karnataka High Court, and blessed Yeddy  to gain CM’s post once again, on March7.

Sandeep Patil, defending advocate for Yeddyurappa has welcomed the bench order. The bench had told that there was no substance in the report, based on which B.S. Yeddyurappa had been removed and sent to jail, Patil argued.

The division bench has given a clean chit to yeddy, and the day is not for off for him, to return as chief Minister of Karnataka once again, the advocate told Press, in ecstasy.

Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa, reacting to the judicial ‘Clean Chit’, he got after a long agonising period of disease, merely said, “let the Sweet news come from Delhi, but I will not go begging again, there.

It looks as if he has been rejuvenated by a bench verdict.
