Bangalore: An appeal made in High Court by ex-CM Yeddyurappa was postponed to January 6, Friday. He had questioned in the appeal against 2 corruption cases registered in his name by complainants. Justice Anand Byarareddy asked a senior advocate Jayakumar S.Patil arguing for BSY, to produce all documents in the case, as the advocate had not given full details of the case.
The Judge tried to find out whether Yeddyurappa took a personal decision in the land denotification case, or he took collective permission from the cabinet colleagues beforehand.
There were arguments between the Judge and another lawyer Harnahalli Ramaswamy, also representing Yeddyurappa, about Lokayukta Court issuing only notice, but not conducting an enquiry.
