Mangaluru : The Karnataka High Court on Thursday rejected Naresh Shenoy’s anticipatory bail application.

Naresh Shenoy has been named the prime accused in RTI activist Vinayaka Baliga’s murder that took place on March 21 this year.

It may be recalled that two miscreants had hacked Baliga to death in the early morning of March 21 near his house. The police have already arrested four persons in connection with the murder.

Shenoy, a Yuva Brigade leader has been on the run ever since the murder took place.

Police have issued lookout notice against him and still are unable to secure the suspect.
