Mangalore : The Himalaya Drug Company established in 1930 has brought first of its product called Serpina, said Dr Prahalad Patki.

Speaking at the press meet held at Hotel Deepa Comfort on September 15, Thursday, he said that the product Serpina is made for Immuni Power. Liv 52 is the highest selling

drug in Industry for the purpose of Hepatites- Band Liver Disorders, Jondies. The products are available in around in 90 countries in the globe called as an Indian Multinational Company.

 He also said that in Middle East Asian countries in the category like skin care and Hair care ‘The Himalaya’ is in number one position.

The company has also started a personal care division in 1999 in very small scale, current turnover with Rs 400 crore.  In personal care category the face wash segment of the company has developed products and doing No. 1 position in category.

The company has exclusive stores around 200 outlets in India. In order to educate the dealers; they also conducted the dealer meeting in the hotel. TR Suresh, regional manager, South, ahs Keshava Kumar, area manager and Diwakar, Mangalore Territory manager were present.
