Mangalore : The Hindu Jana Jagarana Vedike has strongly condemned some forces in Dharmasthala which have chosen to offend the Kemar Seer Sri Esha Vittaldasas Swamiji just for the reason that he has demanded a CBI probe into the rape and murder case of Sowjanya, a student of SDM College, Ujire.

Speaking to reporters, Satyajith Suratkal of the Vedike  condemned some people under the banner of Dharmasthala Nagarikaru for criticizing the seer and said the seer had only demanded a CBI probe into Sowjanya murder as also the 54 cases of suspicious deaths reported from Dharmasthala.

He also criticized local leaders in Dharmasthala for not backing the swamiji who was fighting for a cause and justice.

Satyajith said the Hindu Jana Jagarana Vedike demands a thorough investigation into the Sowjanya case and also that  it should be handed over to the CBI. It also demanded action against those people who have offended the swamiji.
