Mangaluru: Hindu outfits have called for Kadaba Bandh on October 28 to register their protest against alleged anti Hindu policy of the police and recent police assault on members of Hindu community.

Speaking in an emergency meeting on Thursday at Kadaba, BJP district committee member Krishna Shetty Kadaba said, the police have tried to include the names of innocent Hindu youth inconnection with a police case in which a youth gave ugly look to an image of Muslim pilgrimage centre Kaba Sharif of Mecca. The police have tried to harass Hindus even if the real culprit has surrendered before the police, he alleged.
