Udupi: Hindu outfits trapped and handed over two women who were allegedly attempting to convert the people to Christianity, at Perkala on Monday.

Seneta of Perampally and Sowmya of Mission Compound are the women who have been handed over to the police.

It is reported that both were belonging to Jehovah’s Witness community. They were distributing the religious pamphlets and visiting door to door.

As per the details both have collected the mobile numbers and address of the people whom they were speaking.

Manipal police have registered a case.
