Mangalore : In commemoration to 150th birth anniversary celebration of Swamy Vivekananda, Hindu Jagarana Vedike, Kannur will hold a massive Hindu Yuva Samavesha at Padil Junction on October 6, Sunday at 4.30 pm

Addressing the media at the press conference at Press Club on October 4, Friday, Satyajith Suratkal said that the presence of spiritual power in Swamy Vivekananda has brought the sense of patriotism in many youths, hence his sacrifice to the nation must be treasured and respected.

Sri Rajashekarananda Swamiji will deliver the benedictory speech on the occasion. State convener Jagadish Karanth will be the main speaker and Businessman Janardhan Arkula will preside over the event.

Satyajith said that prior to the stage programme a massive Bike jatha will be held on the same day from Pumpwell at 3 pm.

Kishore Kumar, Vasudeva Gowda and Subhash Padil were present.
