Belthangady: In a hit and run case a school headmaster lost his life on Tuesday at Guruvayankere.

Dinakar Hegde (48) is the deceased person. He was a headmaster of government school.

As per the sources he was hit by a bus which was carrying students of Kolar who had come here for educational tour.

Dinakar was doing jogging as usual when he was hit by the bus. Driver of the bus didn’t bother to stop the bus.

Later the bus was spotted at Malpe, Udupi.

A case has been registered at Belthangady police station.
