Bangalore: Karnataka Home Minister, an accused in BDA Land usurping scandal, has since returned the plot free to BDA like a donor. But it is a big question, whether Lokayukta police will loosen their grip on him.

In his letter to BDA, he asked the authority to use the denotified land for a useful social purpose. He feels now that he is free from ignominy.

Other such land grabbers also had returned their holdings, but all except one, are in jail. Whether Ashok will be prosecuted has to be seen.
