Mangaluru : The uprooting of a huge tree at a Smart City road worksite injured a horse of the Mangaluru Horse Riding Academy at Kadri.

It is said,  the authorities of the Mangaluru Smart City Limited (MSCL) have been cutting down trees to widen the Kadri Park Road.  The workers have cut trees in the name of the Smart City project, because of which a horse has been injured.

Avinand Achanahally, who runs the academy, said he was shocked over the incident. “I’m out of the city today. One of our horses has been injured. I’m returning to the city to assess the damage,” he said.
