Kundapur : One Kushal Shetty (45) who runs a hotel at Udupi was killed in a hit and run case at Tekkatte on May 12, Sunday night.

The unidentified vehicle which knocked down Kushal fled the place as soon as  the accident. Shetty hailed from Kiradi near Mandarthi. He  is survived by his wife and two children. It is learnt, his house warming ceremony was to take place on May 13, Monday.

Kaup police have registered a case.
