Mangalore : The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) celebrated the festival of ‘Sri Krishna Janmastami’ at Devadiga Samaj Bhavan, Mannagudda on August 10, Friday.

The festival of ‘Sri Krishna Janmastami’ began with the morning Darshana Arati and Alankara Puja followed by Rajbogh Arati in the afternoon.

Later in the evening Sandhya Arati was performed. The devotees gathered in large number recited the Bhajans and chanted Kirtans. Maha Abhisheka and Mangala Arati concludes the celebration of festival.

Karunyasagar Das, president of ISKCON supervised the whole programme.
