Mangalore : Hundreds of people young and old alike  participated in the Celebration Cycle Ride 2013 organised  bv Medikit, Kanchana Hyundai and Rao Associates, Mangalore. The cycle ride was held from Kudroli Temple to Canara Boys High School covering a seven km stretch. JR Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South  inaugurated the programme. The main aim  of the programme was to  promote Dasara and to encourage people to take to cycling  for good health.

There were a total of five groups and each group had 700 participants. The winners of different groups were awarded bicycles.
