Mangaluru :  An illegal slaughter house at Pajir in Konaje on Saturday  attacked by unidentified persons and assaulted three and robbed  Rs 50,000 cash before moving away from the spot. The victims have been identified as Salam, Mansoor and Ishad and the trios are being treated in a hospital here in the city.

The victims had been running an illegal butchery in a house owned by Joachim. The trios were engaged with butchering when the assailants reached the spot. The Miscreants attacked the trio and managed to flee with the cash. The assailants have also damaged the vehicles parked before the slaughter house.

Konaje police registered a case on the incident.
