Manipal: The local police have nabbed a Nigerian based student for illegally staying in the city on Tuesday.

Augustine Junior Unadike is the arrested person. He is a student of Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Science Manipal. His Visa validity was expired long ago and he still he is in the city.

Police have informed that Augustine’s Visa expired on 22 October 2015. He came to India through Mumbai Airport on August 24, 2011.

The court has sent him to the judicial custody after the SP Anamalai’s order to arrest him.
A team led by SP Annamalai took part in the ooperation.
