Mangalore: The K.S. Rao  Road in front of the City Centre Mall was flooded due to water clogging, thanks to the heavy rains in the past two days.  Absence of proper side drain facilities on this prominent road, is said to be the main reason for the artificial floods.

Traffic as well as pedestrian movement on the road was greatly affected due to the water clogging. It is nothing but a surprise that this road in front of one of the most preferred destination of shoppers is in such a mess despite concretization.

Citizens passing through the road, were heard cursing the MCC Authorities for their blatant negligence.
