Mangaluru: “The government has sanctioned the aid for the study of Brahmashri Narayana Guru at Mangaluru University and this should be implemented soon. Narayana Guru thoughts should be published in primary school syllabus also,” urged DK Congress backward caste unit President P Dharanendra Kumar.

Addressing the press reporters on Monday at district Congress office, he said that Narayana Guru’s thoughts and messages should spread more and more.

“CM Siddaramaiah has already done many pro-people works, our committee congragulate him for this. He has filled strength in backward caste community. We are feeling proud to say that the Congress government is the first government to sponsor Brahmashri Narayana Guru Jayanti,” he said.
