Uppala : Sri Vidyaprasanna Theertha Swamiji of Subrahmanya Mutt, inaugurated the religious programme on the second day of the Sahasra Chandika Yaga being held at the Shree Nityananda Yogashrama Jagadguru Shree Nityananda Mahapeetham, Kondevoor, Uppala.
Speaking on the occasion, the seer said the world was greatly influenced by Hinduism and its philosophies and there have been many instances wherein Westerners come to India attracted by Hindu rituals. Hindu religion spreads the message o peace, he added.
