Mangalore: The Divisional Railway Manager, S K Raina who was in city this week and conducted an inter-action meeting with users, clearly blamed the Mangalroe City Corporation for the undue long delay in constructing an underbridge at Mahakali Padapu and to bear the full cost at the request of local people, said Ivan D’ souza, a Lawyer who served a 15-day (legal) notice on MCC under  whose jurisdiction Mahakali Padapu comes.

In an open letter to MCC Mayor and authorities, he accused BJP Corporators of sleeping over the matter and telling lies when they get up, with false promises on planning and execution, besides bearing the cost of such an under bridge from time to time.
