Mangalore: Youthful Lawyer, KPCC Secretary and enemy of the BJP rule, Ivan D’Souza the harasser stated that BJP was directly involved in the tumultuous leakage of Lokayukta (LA) final report that engulfed BJP like Tsunami on a sailing boat.
The BJP leaders, CM downwards, knew they would lose power once Lokayukta exposed their game in the nude, in unauthorised mining and illegal accumulation of wealth to the tune of 1,800 crores of rupees in iron ore deals.
Thus they played a game of premature leaking of report in portions that affected 4 or 5 cabinet ministers to gain time for retaliation against opposition parties.
Lokayukta had also complained that the BJP representative in Delhi and its spokesperson, Venur Dhananjay Kumar, had tried to pressure Lokayukta at his house against all norms of decency, to keep CM’s name out of the final report and then made a backdoor entry into publication of the report, to embarrass the Lokayukta who was in tears for its exposure.
Ivan the tormentor demanded immediate action against the illegal exposure/leakage perpetrators in BJP who had tried to subjugate Lokayukta for their selfish needs this week.
Turning to implementation of 24×7 water supply by handing it over to private parties, as in Hubli pilot project, only to enhance bill amouts three fold, Ivan criticized MCC for its attempts to privatize water supply, creating opportunities for corruption  and causing an economic burden on common man in DK district. If MCC continued this trend, it would face strong public protest, he warned. MCC Commissioner is transferred on July 20. Youth Congress leader Zudson Bakka informed the Party leaders that 16,500 members were enrolled in his wing.
