Bangalore : Finally, the mining baron and former minister Gali Janardhan Reddy has been granted conditional bail by a court in Hyderabad in the Obalapuram mining case on May 11, Friday. He will however remain in jail as he has been granted bail only in one of the two cases pertaining to illegal mining. Even his brother Srinivasa Reddy has been granted bail in the same case.
Reddy is yet to get bail in the Associated mining case in Karnataka. It’s almost a year since his arrest took place and he is now lodged in the Bangalore jail.
Reddy’s bail plea regarding the Associated Mining case will come up for hearing on May.
