Bangalore : Janata Dal (Secular) in Karnataka will complain to Karnataka Governor H R Bhardwaj against ruling BJP’s ‘failure’ to properly administer the state ‘as conceded by its own top leaders,’ JD-S General Secretary Y S V Dutta said today.
Addressing a press conference here, he said former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, who was in the post for more than three years, had, during election campaign in Bellary, allegedly stated the law and order had totally failed in the mineral-rich district under Mining Barons and Former Ministers, the Reddy brothers, ‘who were still BJP members.’ ”The statement not only reveals failure of administration but also illegal mining money being utilised by the ruling BJP for its Operation Lotus to woo legislators of opposition parties and to win election.
