Udupi : JD(S) President and former prime minister HD Deve Gowda has said that all leaders of the party would work unitedly to strengthen the party and revive it from the grassroots level.
Speaking to reporters here on September 17, Tuesday, Gowda said he will visit all 30 districts and meet party leaders and workers.
He said he was against the third front and added he would concentrate of Karnataka. He also refused to comment about Modi as well as the style of functioning of CM Siddaramaiah. He said his party will continue to work for the CPI(M).
Gowda visits Kollur shrine : Earlier Deve Gowda visited Kollur Mookambika Temple and offered special pooja to the Goddess.
Later speaking to reporters here he said necessary strategy would be worked out to strengthen the party.
Kollur temple assistant executive officer Krishnamurthi, executive committee president Krishanprasad Adyanthaya, JD(S) state vice-president Vasanth Salian, district president Deviprasad Shetty Belapu, district convenor Sabladi Manjayya Shetty, chief secretary Kollur and others were present.
