Mangalore: Sudhakar, assistant manager of Vajradehi Math of Gurpur filed a statement in JMFC Mangalore against Mohammed Usman of Mallur, who had earlier complained to Bajpe police with a doctored CD to say that he was passing on the road at 7 pm near the Vajradehi Math when Dr. Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat of RSS was speaking at the Brihat Hindu Sangama and Math annual celebrations earlier, and later filed a private complaint in JMFC Mangalore when the Bajpe police did not bother about his complaint.

Sudhakar pointed out in his counter-complaint made to JMFC Mangalore to say that Usman had given a fake CD to the court to prove his complaint and there were some mistakes in that CD.

After going through the argument on the two complaints filed by Usman and Sudhakar, the JMFC court judge ordered the Bajpe police to file an FIR against Mohammed Usman of Mallur for his false and provocative complaint made to Mangalore court under sections 153 and 295A.
