Mangaluru : A young journalist of Prajavaani Kannada daily died after a massive cardiac arrest at Charmadi on Friday Apr 8.

The deceased is Haimad Hussein (29) was Sub editor reporter in Prajavaani Kannada Daily at Mangaluru. Incident occurred on about 30 other trekkers journalist and environment activist went for a trek to Charmaadi where Hussain stuck with heart attack and taken to hospital in Belthangady but the doctors declared him brought dead.

The entire team is in shock and is on the way back to Mangaluru, Haimad’s body will be shifted to Wenlock Hospital for post mortem.

Hussain hails from Raichur and from past one year he was a correspondent of Prajavaani at Mangaluru.
